customers, partners, and visitors to the websites named in this notice (hereinafter referred to
as the “Data Subjects”) in connection with the processing of personal data.
We process personal data in accordance with:

based on a valid legal basis. Processing must comply with its purpose at every stage, and data

Personal data are stored electronically on Magyar Telekom Nyrt. hosting servers with
restricted access, while paper documents are kept physically secured. IT systems are protected
with appropriate safeguards (virus protection, firewall). The Data Controller implements
technical and organizational measures appropriate to the current state of technology to
ensure a level of security appropriate to the risks of data processing.
2.2 Data Transmission Risk
While we strive to protect personal data, no internet transmission is 100% secure. Therefore,
we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Categories of Data Processors

2.4 Human Resources
Hunmarket Kft. stores and processes personal and special data of past, present, and future
employees. Personal data are required for payroll, employment administration, and providing
access to software and tools necessary to fulfill contractual obligations.
Future employees’ data are stored only as long as necessary to conclude an employment
contract.
2.5 Log Data
Like many website operators, we collect information your browser sends when visiting our site
(“Log Data”), such as IP address, browser type and version, visited pages, visit time and date,
time spent, and statistics.
We also use Google Analytics, which collects and analyzes standard internet log information
and visitor behavior patterns. This information does not identify individuals, and we do not
allow Google to attempt to identify visitors.
2.6 Cookies
Cookies are small text files placed on your device during website visits. They help websites
function or operate more efficiently and provide information to site owners.
